Monmouthshire’s licence

Chepstow is in Monmouthshire. Monmouthshire County Council’s scaffolding application is made under section 169 of the Highways Act 1980, and its form asks for at least five working days before the scaffolding goes up.

So if the scaffold needs to stand on or over the pavement, allow for that in your dates.
